I am turning 48 years old at the end of this month.
For the past couple of years, talking about "M" word is one of the biggest topics around me and my clients.
I just happened to know that World Menopause Awareness Day is celebrated on the 18th of October 2024.
According to the source, the purpose of the day is to raise awareness of menopause and the support options available for improving health and wellbeing. The source also says,
As women age, Oestrogen levels throughout the body naturally decline. This decrease in Oestrogen leads to Oestrogen Deficient Skin, which accelerates collagen loss and visible signs of ageing.
During the first 5 years of menopause, low Oestrogen levels lead to a loss of up to 30% of dermal collagen and a steady 2.1% per year decline in subsequent years.
To fight against ageing due to Oestrogen decrease, I have been using this products called Emepelle. They invented this MEP technology and after I finished learning about it, I was stunned. Not only that, when I actually tried the products I felt and saw improvement fairly quickly.
Emepelle is the only proven and non-hormonal skincare in the world which treats oestrogen deficiency at the cutaneous level.
MEP technology binds on to oestrogen receptors and therefore increases fibroblast expression which boosts dermal collagen and even reactivates receptors that have become dormant.
MEP Technology alone will assist to reduce the discomfort that women experience with menopause such as skin dryness, thickness, dullness, loss in laxity, erythema, and fine lines.
On top of that, I found this amazing fish collagen (Tropocollagen) products. Together, I feel invincible (maybe that's too confident but definitely the best care I could find).
What’s great about this tropocollagen is that it’s transdermal which means it penetrates epidermis to dermis and stimulates our fibroblasts to produce our own collagen.

I want to look younger too so here is my tip x
