Cancellation Policy
The initial consultation is free of charge but a 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment between at the time of your booking and 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via email, phone or text message. Failed to do so you may lose your spot and your deposit.
Deposits will be forfeited for late arrivals, late cancellations, and no shows. Please be sure to be on time for your appointment but in case you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances please notify me as soon as possible.

Check List Before & After Treatment
CThere are some contraindications to any treatment especially the ablative ones.
Please make sure to notify me if you:

are pregnant, trying to fall pregnant, or breastfeeding

are on medications e.g. antibiotics such as Roacutane
-
are using Retinol skin care products and did not stop using 3 days prior
-
are prone to cold sores
-
have any medical conditions e.g. diabetes, epilepsy
-
have allergies
-
have been exposed to the direct sun without any sun protection for a long period of time
Please come to your appointment at least with sunscreen on your face to avoid unnecessary sun exposure and to reduce possible complication. Make up can be removed here in case you did not have a chance to remove it beforehand.

After Care - What You Need to Know
For the first 48 hours after your appointment—especially following ablative treatments—please avoid sun exposure, chemical products (including cleansers and sunscreen), makeup, intense exercise, and extreme heat.
For 7 days after your treatment, continue to minimize sun exposure and avoid using active skin care ingredients, such as retinol, AHA, BHA, or exfoliating scrubs, which may irritate your skin. Swimming should also be avoided for 7 days.
If you experience any concerns or suspect abnormal reactions, please contact me as soon as possible. Photos can help me assess your situation and provide appropriate advice.

AFTER ABLATIVE LASER & IPL TREATMENT:​

Do not wash your hair on the day of your treatment.

For the first 48 hours, use only the products provided by me.

Starting on day 3, you may apply sunscreen and makeup over the products I have given you, but please use only simple skincare—avoid any products with active ingredients.

Please schedule your treatment with consideration for post-procedure downtime; ensure you do not have important events planned for at least 7 days after your session.
