No 24 New! SmartCure

Currently, K2yh has eight machines. These were necessary to continue the treatments I had been doing up until I became independent. However, they didn't fully address every concern, and as of this year, I kept encountering skin troubles from clients that couldn't quite be solved with my existing tools. That's when I decided to purchase a new tool, SmartCure. It's a machine that uses high-frequency energy and very fine needles to target small skin issues with pinpoint accuracy. For example, it can treat conditions like sebaceous gland hyperplasia, which causes doughnut-shaped raised bumps on the skin due to enlarged sebaceous glands (often seen after age 40); small white bumps under the eyes from sweat gland proliferation or syringo`mas; visible superficial capillaries; and stubborn cysts that are deeply embedded and can’t be squeezed out—these can all be treated with high-temperature processing without burning the skin’s surface.

The doughnut-shaped skin bumps from enlarged sebaceous glands are common after your forties, likely due to aging. Laser removal of the raised part isn’t difficult, but the underlying sebaceous gland can’t be completely treated with a laser, so recurrence is not uncommon. The same holds for sweat gland growth and cysts. While lasers do offer certain benefits, SmartCure works more precisely by only heating the affected tissue using a tiny needle, without transferring heat to the skin’s surface.

I had experience using fine needle treatments and high-frequency machines at my previous workplace, but adding SmartCure to my practice has broadened my treatment options even further. Whenever I buy a new machine or tool, a laser trainer who’s been supporting me for more than 15 years comes from Melbourne to help. She truly loves animals and owns three dogs, and our training sessions are always enjoyable. For this training, we invited models with eye bags (another common concern) for various treatment approaches.

For deep under-eye wrinkles, SmartCure’s needle is carefully applied point by point, heating and tightening the skin to promote collagen production. For those with eye bags, we use HIFU to dissolve some fat and tighten the area. For clients with both minor eye bags and fine wrinkles, we used a multi-needle head (10-needle attachment, dividing the energy among them) for treatment. During the follow-up the next day, everyone’s redness and swelling had subsided, and all were happy. Ideally, two or three treatments bring the best results, but some saw improvements immediately after the first session, so I’m looking forward to seeing those results.

This high-frequency machine can also be used to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and stretch marks, both with impressive results. Bringing SmartCure into the family of tools has broadened the scope of treatments available, and I’m excited for the future.

Also, when we use it alongside the new 100% non-toxic product I introduced last month, post-treatment redness resolves faster, and the effectiveness of collagen induction increases.

I’ll continue to strive to provide even higher quality treatments from now on.
